Dries Van Noten is a Belgium fashion designer known for an eccentric style. Below are some photos of his women’s and men’s 2014/2015 fall/winter collections. I’m loving the use of the mustard yellow color! It’s one of my favorite fall colors to wear.
I don’t think I really need to explain why this C. Wonder Elephant tote and pouch are today’s Friday’s Most Wanted (hint: it has something to do with elephants ). Anyway, they’re both cute and functional – the best of both worlds. If you’ve never been to a C. Wonder or checked out the website online you’re missing out! C. Wonder is full of colorful and fun clothing, accessories, and home goods. I think you’ll find at least one thing you like (or two, or three…).
Thanks to Kenneth Cole Instagram for this great quote – I couldn’t agree with it more!
I’ve always had a ring-fetish and came across this awesome ring on Etsy the other day. I just love the mix of silver and gold in this ring, the band thickness, and the monogrammed initial in gold. How unique! I’m thinking of buying one for myself.
“Style is personality. It’s having the ability to look at things beyond fashion and the self-confidence to transform even the simplest thing into something special. It’s a natural quality you cannot learn and there are no rules to follow.” -Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana
I thought it would be most appropriate to share a Dolce & Gabanna style quote, since the duo just debuted its “Alta Moda” collection in an absolutely stunning location – Capri, Italy. How I would love to have been sitting in the audience watching that runway show (the Amalfi Coast in Italy is one of my favorite places in the world)! Guests were seated among the rocks right next to the ocean, watching the models shashay past them in absolutely gorgeous gowns and accessories. For a first-hand account of a show attendee, check out this article on Vogue.

I came across this bathing suit online the other day and absolutely loved it. It’s a little out of my price range, and I’m not one to wear white often (tend to always get it dirty!), but I just love the design – kind of retro-mod don’t you think?
“Happiness is the secret to all beauty; there is no beauty that is attractive without happiness.” -Christian Dior
It’s Paris Fashion Week, so of course this week’s most wanted are several pieces from one of the couture shows – Christian Dior. The show itself included pieces representative of many different eras and was divided into 8 different groups. The pieces I loved so much were all the coats and jackets, and one specific black and white dress. Check them out below! While the fur coat is absolutely gorgeous, I wouldn’t wear it unless it was imitation fur, but I wanted to include it in this post because I love the way all the separate pieces are paired together. Jackets are paired with pants and tops that make the complete outfit look very cut and clean, but still stylish.
